About Josiah Hill
Bridging High-Stakes Worlds with Purpose & Precision
Dr. Josiah Hill has lived a life defined by service, challenge, and global perspective in Seattle, WA. A former U.S. Coast Guard officer and emergency physician, Josiah has led teams through crises on land and sea—managing multimillion-dollar operations, saving lives in emergency rooms, and navigating treacherous waters. His career reflects an uncommon blend of medical precision, operational leadership, and calm under pressure.
He earned both his MD and MS from the University of South Florida and completed his emergency medicine residency at Tampa General Hospital. Always pushing boundaries, Josiah later pursued an MBA at Eastern Washington University, equipping himself with the tools to scale leadership into business settings—most recently within the evolving world of medical technology.
Outside of work, Josiah is equally driven. He’s completed the Ironman UK, surfed every U.S. coastal state, and explored 33 countries. Whether spearfishing off the Florida Keys or training for sprint triathlons in Seattle, he finds clarity in motion and joy in exploration. These personal pursuits reflect the same mindset that has guided his professional journey: mission-first, always moving forward.
Josiah currently lives in the Pacific Northwest, where he balances a passion for service, adventure, and lifelong growth. While he’s moved across industries and geographies, his core values—resilience, integrity, and curiosity—remain the same. Read Josiah’s insights on his blog.
